
Who we are

Alec Rattray is a hugely experienced business and brand strategist. He advises on strategy and market positioning, naming, and branding, integrated marketing and communications, and culture change.
He has lectured at London Business School, Bayes, and Chicago Business School, and is a regular contributor to Opinium’s Most Connected Brands research. Additionally, Alec is a member of the advisory board of the social mobility charity IntoUniversity.
Over the course of his career, Alec has worked with numerous international businesses and institutions. They range from professional services firms such as Liberty Mutual, Accenture and Linklaters; to universities including UCL, King’s College and Salford; and consumer goods businesses such as Coty and Diageo.
Having held senior positions for global agencies and with a professional background in market research and planning, Alec now chooses to work directly with clients or in partnership with agencies and consultancies who have aligned values and complementary skills. Alec’s core skill is working collaboratively to develop and articulate logical, creative and purposeful strategies which organisations can align around.
