Who we are
Dr Sybille Schiffmann works with Hardcastle and Associates to provide Team Development, Team Coaching and Strategy Development for senior leaders and boards. This enables leaders who are seeking greater involvements and collaboration from their colleagues, teams and boards to develop stronger working relationships and strategies, as well as work more purposefully for the common good.
She brings over 24 years’ experience, both leading and supporting successful Leadership and Organisational Development/Change programmes. She has extensive experience working with senior executives, boards and extended leadership teams, facilitating strategy development, change agendas and creating customised leadership and team development programmes. Sybille also provides one-to-one and group coaching for leaders and other professionals. Sybille is the founder and director of an innovative and purpose driven leadership consultancy.
Her approach is action oriented, with an emphasis on experiential learning. She draws on extensive, practical and theoretical knowledge of leadership and organisational research. She combines this knowledge with extensive experience of the application of creative, change and innovation, leadership and enterprise models and approaches. She works with clients to actively support purposeful and innovative growth that lasts, through active collaboration with their people.
Sybille’s Doctoral thesis focused on an action research study of shared leadership, as experienced by “followers” frontline staff involved in co-creating strategy with their senior leaders.
