Miriam_GoslingGage.jpg

Miriam is a Coach specialising in personal development challenges. She is an experienced facilitator of large groups, providing them with resources to expand their strengths and leadership in an ever-changing world, and a skilled programme manager, working across MBAs and international academic programmes.

She holds a degree from the renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, and began her career managing touring productions of West End musicals and operas. Over the past 15 years, Miriam has delivered large-scale events on behalf of international NGOs, creative arts organisations, and Pelumbra Ltd — the consultancy she co-founded. Her current focus is on designing and facilitating leadership programmes and conferences for universities and global networks, including McGill University (where she is a visiting professor), The RoundTables for Experienced Managers, and the International Leadership Association.

At McGill’s International Master's in Health Leadership, she serves as Module Director for the Managerial Exchange Module and Programme Manager and Faculty Member for the Collaboration Module. Miriam also collaborates with CoCreate Consultancy as a facilitator and programme manager, supporting NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)and Regional Networks in building collaborative capacity, innovation, and leadership resilience within the UK health system.

Through Pelumbra Ltd, she has worked internationally, including with the Malaria Elimination Initiative (MEI) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), as well as in operational and quality improvement initiatives in HIV prevention, particularly in the field of Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC).

Miriam is the co-founder of Wise Thinking Partners, an alliance inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The initiative brings together individuals motivated by these aspirations through two avenues: The Network—a reflective space to explore how the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) can be meaningfully applied—and a unique professional development programme that draws on IDG resources to build capacity for addressing complex global challenges, while fostering creativity, connection, and impact.

Her contribution to inclusive leadership and global equity is featured in Breaking the Zero-Sum Game: Transforming Societies Through Inclusive Leadership, which includes her work with Congo Calling.
