Feedback from our clients is so important and I have been reflecting on what makes a great project.
For H&A it is about:
· understanding the internal stakeholders and really listening to their views
· getting together to co-design, to debate, to co-create the best solutions
· making informed evidence-based decisions
· learning from the shared experience of everyone in the room
Our very first brand piece for H&A was all about creating the right team, the right mix of experience and expertise to produce actionable results for each specific project. Six years on, I am proud to say that this is still a core attribute of our brand.
