Leadership Development Workshop

When I started Hardcastle & Associates it was genuinely to work closer with my network, getting to know clients better to help them take informed decisions and find solutions appropriate to their particular circumstances. 

Yesterday at the end of running a one-day leadership team development workshop for the Law School of a longstanding client, I very nearly cried - the feedback from the team was so overwhelmingly positive. We started the day with busy people who, shall we say, were not particularly looking forward to taking a day out for a ‘training’ event. The day ended with feedback from them that they felt they had achieved so much individually and as a team, taking away a shared purpose and positive ideas to develop further, having had the space to get to know each other better.

These days and programmes we run are individually designed by my colleague Dr Sybille Schiffmann based on input from our clients and from me.  I feel genuinely privileged to be in the room to observe, to work with her and a team and to share experience drawn from the world of Higher Ed. I am proud to say that this kind of collaboration is what H&A is all about. 

Running any sort of business is rarely easy, yesterday was a really good day!
